Introduction

Hi, my name is Chuhan Huang. I come from ShenZhen, China. I am a senior student and my major is Business Economic. I love to play computer games such as League and Legends.

​My weakness is writing and I cannot explain my opinions clearly. writing is the way that writers express to others what their viewpoints and feeling. In the past writing class, professor told me that my ideas were good, but I have grammar and language problems and sometimes she thought my sentence is not clear. After talking writing class, I knew that when I was reading, I need to read the article with some questions that will help me to understand the article deeply. Also, the comments from professor and classmates were very helpful for my writing. Because it is been a long time since I have took the last writing class, I am worry about that my writing skill became worse. I hope I can improve my reading and writing skill from this class and learn more knowledge about animal science.

As a writer, I try to express my feeling and viewpoints to readers in order to make them understand me. My problem areas are grammar, reading and Paragraph connection. From Connect, I found that I make some mistake about punctuation, run-on sentence, dangling modifier, sentence fragment, and subject-verb agreement. I did research before, but I did not do well at that time. I did not understand what should I do and did the whole thing in a wrong way. Therefore, I hope I can do my best in this time. I will rate my "close reading" skills in a low level because when I read a book, I have to use dictionary for many times. Sometimes, even I know all of the word's meaning, I still do not understand what the whole sentence mean.
